ABOUT IMAGENSYS
Surgery and Diagnostics Evolution
Imagensys is an innovative research and development company in the field of diagnostics, founded with the aim of developing advanced support equipment for medical imaging, specifically for nuclear medicine and radioguided surgery.
Innovation
All Imagensys products introduce innovative features compared to existing devices on the market, while maintaining ease of use as a core value, without disrupting or altering the habits of healthcare professionals. Simple, effective, and above all useful, an Imagensys tool stands out through these qualities and its ability to add meaningful functionality that offers real support to its users.
Le nostre MISSION e VISION
Our mission is to help medicine respond as effectively as possible to the challenges it faces by providing increasingly advanced tools aligned with the latest scientific trends, and by enhancing the performance of devices to harness the future potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. Higher quality of information, greater detail during surgical procedures, and improved precision in detecting small lesions are now key areas of alignment for future developments. Our vision is rooted in the pursuit of high-level scientific solutions, aiming for a continuously evolving approach to medicine through the use of integrated tools — a fundamental need increasingly voiced by healthcare professionals today.
The Company
Imagensys is a young company established to develop technologies capable of advancing highly sophisticated sectors such as diagnostic imaging, surgery, and radioguided robotics.
Over the years, Imagensys has focused on building synergies with the research world, selecting project ideas based on solid experience in the development of scintigraphic imaging equipment. Our products bring a simplified approach to technology across various techniques, including devices such as the Pocket Gamma Cam: an exclusive gamma camera that can be used both in nuclear medicine departments for diagnostics and intraoperatively. Its compact design and ease of use allow for image fusion with optical systems in the operating room for lesion localization. The device’s versatility makes it particularly suitable for small organ imaging in nuclear medicine or as a complement to radiographic techniques.
Imagensys has also developed a groundbreaking product: the Directional Gamma Probe, a revolutionary gamma probe that introduces true innovation compared to standard probes currently used in radioguided surgery.
Our goal is to develop and successfully bring to market highly innovative products that simplify the daily work of medical professionals and deliver tangible benefits to patients.
The new challenge we have embraced is to offer technological solutions capable of providing increasingly accurate diagnostic detail, precisely identifying lesion margins, setting new standards in robotic surgery, and promoting combined tools that have the potential to revolutionize current interventional techniques.
Ongoing research
Imagensys is continuing its path of innovation, focusing on the development of a range of products aimed at revolutionizing, in particular, the field of radioguided surgery and robotics. This strategy is designed to develop increasingly advanced technologies and provide more detailed clinical information, which can be utilized and reprocessed in the future with AI tools. These technologies, combined with the use of surgical robots, are becoming more precise and aligned with the potential of modern techniques driving the evolution of precision and minimally invasive surgery, all to the benefit of the users.
