“Large Public Turnout at the Exhibition “The Italy of Patents: Successful Inventions and Innovations”, organized by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy to celebrate the 140th anniversary of the founding of the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM).

The exhibition, which opened on November 18, 2024, at Palazzo Piacentini in Rome, has enjoyed significant success since its inauguration, drawing an average of over 1,000 visitors per week.

The Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, through the Directorate General for Industrial Property – UIBM, will extend the exhibition until early April to accommodate the high and continuous demand from schools, associations, groups, and industrial property consultants. The exhibition will also be open on weekdays by appointment.

Among the 100 patented ideas showcased is the Pocket Gamma Camera by Imagensys, which captured the curiosity of many visitors for its powerful impact in the diagnostic field, combining high-end technology within a compact device.

The catalog featuring all of the innovations displayed at the exhibition will be published by the Ministry (MiMIT) in celebration of the event.
